This was a nice stay in winter time. The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was perfectly clean and absolutely perfect with all the essentials. The hotel was set in a remote area short walk to a volcano and the Atlantic Ocean. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

I can't believe how small the room was, barely fit my suitcase! Felt more like a closet. And the shared bathrooms? Let's just say they were a lovely surprise, im not sure who thought that was a good idea. A welcome gift for all my troubles would've been nice too, what a shame, i almost gave a good review.

A cozy bar/lounge area adds to the charm.
We faced several issues that left us frustrated. The shared bathrooms were often crowded. Our room itself was quite small and claustrophobic, hard to relax, especially with our luggage taking up most of the space. To.

Fine views and a homely atmosphere
The location offers amazing views of the mountains with a magical backdrop . The communal kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to enjoy cooking together, while the dining area was spacious and inviting. I would've preferred if the shared bathrooms were a little less crowded during peak hours.

great family stay with some minor issues
The quadruple room was spacious enough for our family of four, great to relax comfortably. The modern design, and we really appreciated the hot showers after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped, enabling us to prepare meals together. Plus, the mountain view from our window added a nice touch to our experience.
The shared bathroom could get crowded at times.
